Making AI Approachable for Everyone
I help individuals and teams build confidence using AI tools — through community-driven training, hands-on support, and a strong focus on inclusion, empathy, and practical learning.
Who I Am
Community Educator
Supporting others to explore and use AI — regardless of background or technical skill. I believe everyone deserves access to these transformative tools.
Inclusive Facilitator
Creating safe, inclusive spaces where learning can thrive — especially for neurodivergent and young people who may feel intimidated by technology.
Co-Founder
Helping grow Product Foundry — a community-first approach to AI literacy and practical enablement that meets people where they are.
At my core, I'm a bridge-builder between technical possibilities and human needs. I translate complexity into practical steps that build confidence and capability.
Core Capabilities
AI Enablement & Training
Workshops and resources to help staff and teams adopt AI tools with confidence, focusing on practical applications that make daily work easier.
Automation Support
Guidance on using no-code/low-code tools like n8n and Airtable to streamline everyday work, empowering non-technical users to create their own solutions.
Community Engagement
Building learning communities and support circles for digital and AI adoption where people can share challenges and celebrate wins together.
Neurodiversity & Inclusion
Advocacy and coaching to create environments where different thinkers can thrive, recognizing diverse approaches to technology adoption.
Sectors I've Worked In
Social Services & Government
Partnering with the Ministry of Social Development and Oranga Tamariki to improve service delivery through accessible technology and process improvement.
Environment & Conservation
Supporting the Department of Conservation and Environment Southland with data automation and community engagement tools that amplify conservation efforts.
Telecommunications
Experience with Alcatel-Lucent, Pacific Crest Technologies, and Telecom NZ implementing technical solutions with a human-centered approach.
Local & Regional Government
Working with Environment Southland and multiple regional councils to streamline processes and improve constituent services through appropriate technology.
Global Technology Consulting
Experience at Tata Consultancy Services, Patni Systems, and Miller Guthrie Technologies bridging cultural and technical gaps for successful implementations.
Beyond the Role
I care deeply about people — their growth, their confidence, their wellbeing. Whether it's helping someone find clarity at work or mentoring a young person on their path, I get energy from being of service.
I'm especially passionate about neurodiversity. I believe the best teams are those that make space for different ways of thinking, learning, and contributing. Supporting that journey — through tools, community, and empathy — is part of how I try to show up.
Outside work, I'm often building connections in our growing AI learning community, listening to others' stories, or sharing what I've learned along the way. I'm a big believer in the power of small, consistent encouragement — especially for those just finding their voice.

"The most powerful moment is when someone who was intimidated by technology suddenly realizes they can not only use it, but help shape how it's used in their community."
Neurodiversity and Technology Adoption
My work with neurodivergent individuals has shown me that diverse thinking styles bring invaluable perspectives to technology adoption. What some see as challenges can actually be strengths when properly supported.
Different Learning Approaches
Creating multiple pathways to understanding AI tools, recognizing that linear instruction doesn't work for everyone.
Pattern Recognition
Harnessing the exceptional pattern recognition abilities many neurodivergent people possess—a natural fit for understanding AI systems.
Inclusive Design
Ensuring AI interfaces and training materials work for everyone, including those with sensory sensitivities or different processing styles.
When we design technology experiences for diverse minds, everyone benefits from the improved clarity and flexibility.
